If you are paying with cash, a 50% deposit is due at checkout by venmo or zelle, and the remaining balance of cash will be due at pick up. Order will not begin until deposit is placed.
If you are paying through venmo or zelle completely, your payment is due immediately after checkout in order for the item processing to begin. I will not begin your order until I receive payment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED on custom items. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with an item you have purchased, feel free to contact us at email@example.com to discuss possible replacement approval on your item. Depending on the item, you may have to return the item you received in order to get the replacement, in doing so, if it is shipped you will have to pay shipping to return the item as well as sending a new one back out. If you picked up your item, you will be responsible to drop off the unsatisfied item and pick up the new one when ready.
We reserve the right to deny replacements to sender without prior replacement approval. You must contact us within 30 days of when you receive the item.
Upon your purchase, you will receive an email at the address you provided, confirming your order. PLEASE make sure address, name, etc is correct for easy delivery. Once your order has been taken to the USPS, UPS or FedEx you will receive a second email with shipping information.
